As humans, we have a fundamental limitation when it comes to seeing outside of our own lenses of experience and expertise.
By bringing on consultants and coaches, I’ve been able to expand this viewpoint with newfound expertise – but only with one new set of experiences at a time
The real game-changer for me was when I decided to bring on a TEAM of expert advisors, in the form of a mastermind group.
It was in a group with fellow executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders alike where I was able to get out of my own way and gain the new insights, perspectives, and solutions that helped me increase my own capabilities as a leader.
And as a result, every area of my life has improved ever since.
